Trackers To Use In Your Bullet Journal

Trackers are a staple of any bullet journal but it’s difficult to think of what you want to track! A case of too many options! I wanted to help you get yourself started by giving you a list of things that you can track in your own bullet journal.

Bullet journals are awesome but it can be quite daunting to start. When you search on Pinterest, you’re bombarded with artistic pages and beautiful spreads. If you’re anything like me, you’re not confident with being artsy, or you just want to keep it simple.

A lot of people use their bullet journals to keep a track of their physical, mental and emotional health and that is SUCH a good use of a bujo. If that’s what you’re looking to do, here are some ideas for you.

Physical Health

  • Weight loss tracker
  • Gym tracker
  • Exercise tracker
  • Exercise challenge tracker

Mental Health

  • Trigger tracker
  • Medication tracker
  • Appointment tracker
  • Journal

Emotional Health

  • Mood tracker
  • Emotional tracker
  • Self-care tracker

We all know that blogs are hard to keep track of so having all your info together could be really helpful.

  • Monthly stats
  • Blog post ideas
  • Sponsored post tracker
  • Best posts of the month
  • Best times to post
  • Pinterest tracker
  • Blog colours
  • Costs
  • Income

  • List of chores
  • Last time I… (changed the sheets, mowed the grass etc)
  • Regular cleaning products

What trackers do you use in your bujo? Let me know in the comments below!

I’m curious if BUJO users could turn their physical habits in digital reality. What’s your take on this issue?

In what way? I use Google Calendar to keep on top of my events etc, but I’ve always been a pen and paper kinda girl. I like to see patterns to see where I dipped and keeping a bujo gives me a place to be creative.
